Welding Night Class: Houston CTE Building a Skilled Workforce in Chickasaw County

At the Houston Career and Technology Center, adults in Chickasaw County had the opportunity to enroll in a welding night class. This adult education program aims to meet the growing need for skilled workers in the area. Due to its popularity, an additional class was recently added, and both classes are currently at capacity. The instructor, Mr. Jason Pickens, brings his expertise and experience to guide students through the intricacies of welding.
