Students at HUES are having fun in Mrs. Burt's Art class making "Paper Food Art" this week.



During students' special class time this week at HUES, our school counselor, Mrs. Randle, is leading a lesson and helping students learn more about cooperation. Cooperation is February's PBIS characteristic trait. This trait is important for our young students to consistently practice early in life as it will only help them be more successful! #gotoppers #cooperation #striveforsuccess




HUES Jr. Beta is still collecting throw blankets for their semester service project. Benny's Blankets is a non-profit organization that collects blankets for patients receiving chemotherapy. If you would like to donate, you may drop off at the HUES office or contact Hanna Burt at 456-2797.

Mrs. Smith's 4th grade Math class was taking on comparing fractions in a fun, "hearty" way this morning! Students are reviewing comparing fractions with their partners. They are explaining why their fractions are equal, bigger, or smaller. Keep up the great work, Mrs. Smith!
