Getting ready for Senior Signing day takes more than a thought and a dream. It takes dedicated educators and parents. Faculty and students work on the finishing touches, Mrs. Ivy, Mrs. Stroup, and Mrs. Edwards get the seniors lined up, parents set up a tailgate for the seniors, and many other people helped behind the scenes yesterday to make this event a wonderful day. #workforit #expectsuccess

Kinley Hallmark is a part of the FCA. Their goal is to reach more students for Christ meaning we strive to not only meet Jesus on Wednesday mornings but spread His Word to the entire school and community. This year, back in the fall, they hosted HHS’s first Field of Faith. They gathered together on Friday nights at the football field, worshiped together, and shared testimonies. It's been really great to see God move this year in our club and school. My favorite part about FCA is probably getting to go to the other schools in our district and speak to students about Christ. As far as I know, we’ve always gone to the Middle School on Thursday mornings for FCA, and it's so great to see so many young people there who take time out of their day to gather in the name of Jesus. We’ve also started something new this year by going to the Upper as well. That’s probably been my favorite part this year because we get to speak to the fifth graders, who are such a lively and fun age group. It's so inspiring to see their hunger for the Lord at such an early age. FCA is hosting a worship night on May 3 at 6:30 pm in the high school auditorium. Please come out and join them in finding “Freedom in Surrender.”
